The Recent College Grad (RCG) will undergo two rotations within the Associate Experience Team: People Strategy and Project M anagement . Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding. A nalyze internal and external data and find root causes of key issues  

~ F ocus on identifying , designing, and delivering an Associate Experience improvement project from beginning to end  

 
Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025 

~ Working towards a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar degree  

~ Experience in planning and managing projects  

~ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software  

~ Passion for optimizing data and consulting on behalf of the HR department

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:  
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office . Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator . Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive / return phone messages .
