SFACS is a charter school that exclusively serves students on the autism spectrum, in grades K-12, up to age 22. The position requires a valid COTA License for the State of Florida and offers an hourly rate of $33-$35, commensurate with experience. The role involves working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to support the school's curriculum and meet the needs of students.Responsibilities Work under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist to monitor student performance Provide support for professional growth and achieve overall objectives of the school's curriculum Transport supplies and equipment to various sites to ensure availability Attend required staff trainings and additional training as mandated by the School District Volunteer at one community service event per year Assist in implementing individualized educational programs for students with autism Perform related duties as assigned to ensure efficient functioning of the work unit Maintain records of student progress and therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student learning Requirements Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) Associate's Degree Background Check Benefits Paid Time Off Salary: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
