Job Details:
~$0.65 - $0.70 per mile
~ Detention pay: $15 per hour
~ Live load/unload: $15 per stop
~ Double drop & hook: $15 per stop
~ Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
~ Holiday pay per day: $200
~ Safety training pay per hour: $20
~ New hire training pay: $200 per day????
