Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for Tower Technicians to work within a highly skilled, safety focused, and fast paced telecommunications company. Candidates must be detailed focused, able to problem solve, and be willing to work daily at elevations 300+ feet.

Everyday you will work alongside industry leading technicians and supervisors, who lead by example, while never compromising quality for quantity.

You will be;

  • Working within a team of technicians/ climbers performing upgrades and repairs on cellular tower mounted equipment on a variety of structures such as self supporting towers, guyed towers, water tanks, monopoles, and rooftops.
  • Use state of the art tools, equipment, and resources, on the latest generations of Ericsson and Nokia radios while providing the latest technologies to all major cellular companies and customers.
  • Climbing towers while performing troubleshooting, cellular radio and antenna swaps, legacy cable upgrades from coaxial to fiber, site upgrades and capacity expansions.
  • Highly proficient to communications, computers, organization, performing construction related tasks, and "outside of the box" problem solving.
  • Be able to identify and report equipment defects and hazards.
