Fence Installer

We are looking for a Fence Installer to be part of our Fence Installation team.  A successful candidate will like working in construction and home improvement, and will want an opportunity to work for an industry leader that is actively growing in the region.

Our crews build all types of fences including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and chain-link. Our customers are both residential and commercial.  The typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Our team is growing, and we can offer better hours, better pay, and full benefits with stable, full-time employment.  All material and tools are provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install fences with professionalism, quality, and efficiency
• Work with team lead during installation to confirm project details and resolve open questions
• Inspect materials and tools every day so that crews have what they need for a successful installation
• Maintain a positive and healthy work environment for crews and customers

Minimum requirements:

• Established 1-2 years of construction experience
• Successful background check
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
• Physical fitness for heavy lifting and working in the elements
• Attention to detail and quality
• Focus on customer service and satisfaction

The Superior candidate will:

• Have broad construction or landscaping experience
