.Business Manager

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage office staff
  • Ensure compliance with dental board practices and healthcare regulations
  • Manage patient billing and payment processes, including insurance claims
  • Manage office budget and track expenditures
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of dental equipment and technology
  • Engage with marketing coordinator
  • Oversee patient relations and handle any patient complaints or issues
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Coordinate and deliver staff training and development programs
  • Order and maintain office and dental supplies inventory
  • Must have the ability to handle pressure and time constraints
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills required
  • Must be reliable and be able to keep a regular schedule
