We are seeking a Senior Clerk to provide administrative support to the Healthcare Team of a renowned university medical center located in Stony Brook, NY. This is a full-time, M-F role offering $22-$24/hour. 

Qualified candidates will have strong administrative background and prior experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting.

Job Duties:

  • Scanning historical files to new electronic filing system (docuware)
  • Moving personnel files from share drive to electronic filing system(docuware)
  • Assists in scanning of nursing competency documents
  • Assists in printing and collating educational materials for distribution

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Microsoft Word
  • Adobe
  • Docuware
