BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can handle multiple accounts.
What you'll bring:
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience using QuickBooks including but not limited to performing Bank Reconciliations, Adjusting Journal Entries, Closing Journal Entries, Enter and pay bills, record customer sales, etc.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Degree: Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.
Skills: high degree of customer service, Quick Learner, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Moderate computer and software skills.
Must be Bilingual: Speak and write fluently in English and Spanish.
Must have critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Must be organized.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with employees, vendors and customers to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Must be willing to take on other duties as assigned.
