SALES ASSOCIATE For Apparel (Scrubs) Store

SALES ASSOCIATE For Apparel Store - Part time / Full Time

Located in Gilbert, Scrubs N Scopes is the Largest scrub store (apparel) in Arizona. We are looking for part-time and full time (15 to 35 hours a week) sales associates to join our high energy, helpful and fun sales team.

WANTED:

  • Part-time and full time retail sales associates
  • Good people with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Associate that is able to provide a high level of customer service
  • Schedule flexibility: Hours of operation are 9:00am to 6:30pm M-F and 10:00am to 6:30pm Sat (closed on Sundays)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Greet customers and assess what each customer wants or needs
  • Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
  • Ring sales on the register
  • Check in, ticket, hang and display incoming merchandise to promote sales
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures per store guidelines
  • Maintain store cleanliness

SKILLS:

  • Friendly and outgoing customer service skills are essential
  • Experience running a cash register
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrate dependability and timeliness
