We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative who is into beauty and fitness to join our team for weeknight evening and weekend hours.

She will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and guidance for their tanning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions and take inventory
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Maintain a clean and pleasant salon environment
• Opening or closing the salon for the day

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, tanning, beauty or fitness industry
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive cheerful outgoing demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have a passion for spray or UV tanning as having at least one is required on job to promote and sell our products.
• Must be open to work mornings and weekends at our 15-mile Rd and Utica Rd Fraser location along with our 22 Mile Rd and Schoenherr Rd Shelby Township Location

Promotional Path:

• Will start off training with a current staff member and take online schooling with SMART TAN Certifications to receive your Expert Tanning associate certificate
• You will have a raise on scheduled basis
• You will be sent to training about 4 times a year to meet with the manufactures for Tanning lotions to teach you all about the products and how to sell them
• We have Sales Associate 1, Sales Associate 2, Assistant Managers, Salon Managers, General Manager
