Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Account Executive to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue. This role will focus on maximizing revenue by building strategic relationships with national clients, including agency executives and direct advertising partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales to advertising partners, identifying and meeting their marketing objectives with tailored digital media solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, both renewing existing business and prospecting new clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase advertising sales, contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify client needs, create strategic proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, client research, and qualification of prospects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital media sales with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster client partnerships and engage effectively with agency contacts.
- Proven ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in delivering persuasive presentations and managing client communications.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to sales accountability.
