Lee & Associates South Florida is looking to add talented Associate and Vice President Level Commercial Real Estate Agents to our team of professionals in both our Miami and North Broward offices. Our agents are supported with several ongoing training programs, as well as industry-leading, fully cloud-based systems to allow a streamlined virtual work environment while maintaining full support and operation from a two-office footprint, full-time marketing staff, and the strength of a national platform with information sharing and cross-market deal opportunities.

Our unique structure provides Top Performers the opportunity to achieve PRINCIPAL PROFIT SHARE allowing them to earn as much as 60% more than other leading national firms resulting in EFFECTIVE SPLITS AS HIGH AS 80%.  Principals are also able to invest into other Lee offices that provide returns of 20% and higher in addition to other passive income opportunities.

Our experienced South Florida team is looking to add several new team members at the Associate and Vice President levels to help develop their brokerage skillset and train underneath veteran leadership in several asset classes.

Associate and VP agents are be expected to establish and execute consistent cold calling campaigns, harvest new client relationships to generate new listing proposal activity, manage inbound leads, show property, and coordinate transactions. Candidates must be coachable and willing to go the extra mile to partake in demanding training conditions designed to breed the next generation of Top Producers and Market Experts. Candidates must be positive, optimistic, persistent, self-motivated, and have high ethical standards.
