Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Elevator Mechanic Troubleshooter/Adjuster to perform advanced troubleshooting and adjusting tasks to ensure optimal elevator performance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting on elevator systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
• Perform adjustments to ensure proper operation and meet code compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues on-site to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with technicians, project managers, and clients to provide updates and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all tasks.
• Complete detailed reports on services performed, parts used, and system condition.
• Stay updated on the latest industry standards and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Elevator Mechanic License (state-specific requirements apply).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and adjusting elevator systems.
• Strong knowledge of various elevator types, including traction and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with local, state, and national elevator codes.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and heights.
• Capable of standing, climbing, and working in varying conditions for extended periods.
