Quality Inn Hotel, Hyde Park, NY is looking for a customer-oriented applicant who can greet our guests in a friendly, professional manner. We are looking for a full-time/Part-time Front Desk Associate.

Requirements for position: answer phones and take reservations with excellent communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, supervise housekeeping staff, be able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays (Hotel is open every day, all day). We are a drug-free workplace and an equal-opportunity employer.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

We currently have positions in Guest Services for various shifts.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are flexible regarding availability. Additionally, we are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and motivated SUPERSTAR to join our team. Hospitality experience is required.

Our Guest Service Representatives ensure the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high emphasis on customer service support and lead Front Desk and Guest Services associates in daily responsibilities all associates follow and practice departments and hotel services, such as check-in procedures, professional telephone etiquette, reservations, etc

Perform word processing, data entry, and other duties as delegated by the General Manager and typically performed at the Front Desk.

Complete Front Office reports and checklistsComplete Front Office tasks; guest check-in/check-out, audit, reservations, manage inventory, revenue management.

Use creativity and clever problem-solving skills to handle situations and make our guests say WOW
