We grow a variety of microgreens, including broccoli, kale, sunflower, radish, basil, bronze fennel, bulls blood, pea shoots, and cilantro, all using organic ingredients. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team and help us expand our reach.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at MI-Grow, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our unique microgreens to a variety of markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Identify and Target New Customers: ** Research and identify potential customers, including chefs, distributors, grocery stores, and residential clients. Develop and implement strategies to reach and engage these target markets.

- **Build and Maintain Relationships: ** Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.

- **Promote Products: ** Effectively communicate the benefits and features of MI-Grow’s microgreens. Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations to showcase our products.

- **Achieve Sales Targets: ** Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

- **Collaborate with Team: ** Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience. Provide feedback and insights to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food, agriculture, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of different sales techniques and strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer bases.

- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with microgreens and their uses is a plus.
