We are growing througout North Texas and are seeking high achievers who want to be a part of our team and looking for opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Rep to expand our sales and operations in Fort Worth/Lakeside. You will report directly to the General Manager and be supported by a staff of operations professionals. Vintage Floors has the best installation teams in the region, all led by expert craftsmen so you can be certain that your customers and accounts will have a premium experience with a concierge level of service.
General Accountabilities
- Develop relationships with builders and designers to ensure Vintage Floors is the partner of choice for their projects.
- Sell direct to homeowners out of our retail showroom.
- Manage the sales process as part of the VF Account Management Team
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality, availability, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay current with market trends and provide insights to the General Manager
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through expert knowledge product offerings and exceptional service.
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in inside sales, showroom, home improvement sales, or account management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Track record of achievement
- Ability to think critically, solve problems efficiently and work independently.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Curious personality and ability to quickly learn new information
