A growing manufacturing company is looking for a good Extrusion Operator.
- Operate and assist in day-to-day team operations ensuring effective communication within his/her team leader and from shift to shift.
- Adhere to all company's quality standards, production standards, safety /housekeeping policies.
- Lead and coordinate daily operations, fostering effective communication within the team and across shifts.
- Drive the team towards meeting production targets, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to operators, ensuring adherence to work instructions and quality standards.
- Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance within the team.
- Act as a mentor, supporting the growth and development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and positive attitudes.
- Ensure efficient color management, preventing overproduction and maintaining quality standards
- Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
Pay $20 - $25 + $2 shift differential
