**Job Title: Estimator/Sales Representative**

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Salary:** Base salary plus bonuses and commission

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Insulation Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Estimation and Consultation:** Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation needs for residential and commercial properties. Provide detailed estimates and recommendations to clients.

2. **Sales Generation:** Cultivate leads and proactively seek new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners to drive sales growth.

3. **Quoting and Proposal Submission:** Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for insulation projects. Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

4. **Customer Education:** Clearly communicate the benefits of our insulation products and services. Educate clients on energy efficiency, cost savings, and environmental impact.

5. **Negotiation and Closing:** Work closely with clients to address questions and concerns. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

6. **Collaboration:** Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in insulation sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of insulation products, installation processes, and energy efficiency principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Compensation:**

- Base salary
