Position Details:
● $20.50 to $24.25 Hourly, Location: Anaheim and surrounding areas
● Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability optional.
● Hours: Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week between the hours of 3 pm - 8 pm,
and a consistent schedule for at least 6 months at a time. Some morning hours may also
be available.
● Spanish preferred, but not required

Qualifications:
● High School Diploma/GED Required
● Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred
● Complete BTL1 Certification (Program and cost covered by the company)
● Reliable Transportation Valid Automobile Insurance Required
● Relevant experience preferred
● Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time
● Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6-month intervals

Your Role and Impact:

As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve:

  • Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.
  • Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies
