Bookkeeper/Recptionist

This position is responsible for providing support with a variety of general clerical and accounting related tasks.

Responsibilities

· Accounts Receivable processing

· Coordinate bank deposits and perform bank reconciliation

· Answering and directing calls

· Maintaining a neat and organized reception area

· Filing, copying, and managing office supplies

· Be involved in all staff meetings

· Assist in data entry using ERP software and Microsoft office tools

· Maintain appointment calendars

· Provide support for management’s information requests in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or 2 years of related experience desired

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

· Be able to deliver prompt and appropriate responses to requests for service and assistance

· Familiarization with manufacturing industry

· Willingness/ability to learn company ERP system
