**Position Overview:**
As the Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic sales team to promote Xfinity services and Lifeline Free Phones. You’ll manage recruitment, training, and development while also maintaining a personal sales quota to drive success. This role offers the opportunity to build a high-performing team while making a tangible impact in underserved communities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Leadership and Development:**
- Recruit, train, and develop a top-notch sales team across California.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to maximize team potential.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution:**
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to promote Xfinity services and Lifeline Free Phones.
- Monitor and manage sales performance to meet individual and team targets.
- **Personal Sales Contribution:**
- Maintain a personal sales quota to set an example for the team and contribute to organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients to drive sales.
- **Market and Community Engagement:**
- Identify and target underserved communities that qualify for Lifeline services.
- Partner with local organizations to raise awareness about available programs.
- **Performance Management:**
- Monitor KPIs such as team sales volume, customer acquisition rates, and churn.
- Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance where needed.
- **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Ensure adherence to Lifeline program guidelines and Xfinity standards.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership review.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in telecommunications or technology services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed personal and team sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of Lifeline programs and/or similar community-driven initiatives is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing markets.
- Knowledge of California’s diverse market dynamics is a must.
