Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to provide both internal and external customer support for electrical components and control systems. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to conduct root cause analyses and resolve product performance issues, contributing directly to our high-quality standards.

Duties: 
Including but not limited to:

  • Provide frontline telephone support to internal and external customers, addressing warranty and non-warranty product inquiries across a wide range of venues, from recreational ballfields to professional settings. Support covers all product lines, including HID and LED fixtures, driver configurations, and control cabinet wiring (Retro 1 and 2, CMC 1,2,3, MCC, RCC, Apollo). Additionally, troubleshoot pushbuttons (ON, ON/OFF with strobe), remote switch boxes (RSB), time-delay systems, and ALIC, with a focus on Show-Light control packages.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues remotely, ranging from voltage concerns (24Vac to 480Vac and 5Vdc-1000Vdc) to communication problems (Power-line communication, wireless, fiber, cellular, Ethernet).
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Field Technicians, R&D, and Sales teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on product performance issues and report findings to management and R&D.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of electronic systems and communication (cellular, Ethernet, fiber, wireless, and networking).
  • Proficiency in single-phase, three-phase, and DC electrical power systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred to support Latin American markets.
