WHAT WE DO:

Work with warm leads from Union members who have requested more information on purchasing coverage

Contact our clients, schedule appointments, and write applications for requested life insurance products that fit our client’s needs using a needs analysis survey.

We have created a business model and support system that will allow you to achieve the financial success that you deserve in a lucrative cash-rich industry of financial services

We have a proven play book System -- Comprehensive training program, accountability, personal mentorship, local, regional, and national training events. With the ability to contractually own your own agency, with requirements.

COMMISSION-BASED / NO CAP ON INCOME

Get paid WEEKLY, with weekly bonus

NO COLD-CALLING OR PROSPECTING

No making a list of family and friends to pester-- 15,000+ proprietary leads are generated weekly which puts you in front of families that have requested your help allowing you to spend your time helping families instead of expensive prospecting to find families.

THE PURCHASE OF LEADS IS NOT REQUIRED

Untapped market potential – nationwide demand has not been sufficiently met and people need our products.

We NEED more agents like YOU to meet the demand our leads program produces

This is a 100% Commission Position with hands-on training and zero cold calls in the Life and Health Insurance Field.

Comprehensive training

Assistance with becoming Licensed (if not licensed we can help you)

You'll be mentored by an agency manager who reached their success by using the exact same methods and practices they will teach you.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
