Position: Inventory & Assembly Kitting Specialist

Department: Assembly

Direct Report To: Manufacturing Manager

PowerBuilt Material Handling Solutions LLC is a turn-key material handling equipment builder and systems integrator. Our clients include many of the largest auto manufacturers in North America. We are seeking a qualified candidate to assist the engineering and assembly departments with shop coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assembly packets prior to shop assembly commencement
  • Printing of all labels and placards
  • Checking in all parts into correct job bins by sub assembly and cross reference the job Bill of Materials – confirm job carts
  • Build up job carts prior to assembly – fittings, bolts, purchases comps, etc
  • Manage inventory of all pneumatic/electrical fittings cabinet, pneumatic tubing and bolt bin
  • Outgoing freight coordination and scheduling

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Team player & quick learner with creative problem-solving skills
