Hiring 1 Self-Driven & Ambitious - Scheduler/Floater - CNA to join our Family @ Partnership for Health

** You will be coordinating staffing and schedules while providing direct care when needed, ensuring quality and continuity in our home health services **

  • MUST HAVE CNA CERTIFICATION AND RECENT EXPERIENCE IN HOME HEALTH CARE WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS.

Your Duties / Responsibilities

  • MAINTAIN a seamless flow of staffing and care provision, ensuring cases are STAFFED AT ALL TIMES
  • Administrative Duties, including making phone calls to case managers, clients, caregivers; running errands, etc.
  • Answer & direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule interviews, orientations, and staff assignments.
  • Maintain up-to-date contact lists of clients, caregivers, case managers, etc.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence such as emails, scans, faxes, etc.
  • Participate in the hiring & orientation process for new hires
  • Assist with HR / Payroll functions as needed
  • Provide support to visitors, caregivers, and clients
  • Help caregivers with Autheticare & ADP App when applicable
  • Conduct client and case manager visits in person when needed
  • Step in to provide direct patient care as a CNA when staffing gaps occur
