We are a growing kitchen and bath remodeling company dedicated to transforming homes with high-quality designs and craftsmanship. Our team thrives on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and building long-term relationships with clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive business growth.

Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding homeowners through the sales process—from initial consultations to signed contracts. You'll need to nurture leads, identify upselling opportunities, and close deals efficiently, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will face challenges such as maintaining momentum in longer sales cycles, dealing with fluctuating material costs, and navigating competitive markets. However, you will be supported by an attractive compensation package designed to reward both individual effort and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly ($100,000) and quarterly ($300,000) sales targets.
  • Consult with homeowners, understand their needs, and guide them through the kitchen and bath design process.
  • Secure signed estimates and contracts (3% commission per closed deal).
  • Identify upsell opportunities during the design phase (2% bonus for every $1,000 in upsells).
  • Generate new leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline ($100 bonus for each lead reaching Stage 2).
  • Close deals efficiently, aiming to finalize contracts within 30 days ($200 bonus for closing within timeframe).
  • Build relationships with designers, contractors, and builders to expand our client base (10-12% commission on new and repeat business).
  • Overcome objections and manage challenges related to fluctuating material costs and project timelines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or design industries. High-end sales
  • Ability to manage longer sales cycles and complex projects.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Job Tread experience is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client meetings in the Kannapolis area.

Challenges You Will Face:

  • Long Sales Cycles: Some projects take weeks to months to finalize. You must be persistent and patient in nurturing leads through the pipeline.
  • Fluctuating Material Costs: Sales estimates may need adjustment based on material pricing, requiring excellent client communication and problem-solving.
  • Competitive Market: You'll need to differentiate our services from other local providers, emphasizing quality and customer care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
