Pressure Works Inc. is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Welder/ Fabricator to join our Richmond, VA team The right person will have experience with MIG welding aluminum. This person will be efficient with measuring and cutting metal, while limiting waste. Production welding is a plus but not necessary. Roughly 70% of tasks will be clean with new materials.

​Responsibilities(including but not limited to):

• Cutting materials
• Prepping and welding multiple materials
• Working with management to maintain equipment
• Working with management to keep a stock on materials and supplies
• Maintaining an organized workspace

​Qualifications:

• Experience in MIG welding aluminum preferred
• Experience in MIG welding multiple materials and thicknesses
• Experience in following a plan and producing said plan
• Fabrication experience a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs often
• Deadline-oriented
