Repossession Agent Job Description

Well established company in search for a well experienced agent that's capable of running an office as well as work the field. Must be a self-starter that knows how to use RDN, RC as well as other industry sites. Need someone to run my Wy office including all aspects of running a recovery co. Need to be experienced with both Rollbacks and wheel lifts and have a clean driving record. You'll need to pass background and drug test. CDL is helpful.

Repossession Agent Duties & Responsibilities

• In this role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle recovery and transportation, ensuring safe and efficient service
• Play a crucial role in assisting motorists and managing vehicle recovery operations
• Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles to specified locations safely
• Load and unload vehicles with care, using the appropriate equipment
• Secure vehicles effectively to prevent any damage during transport
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe operations
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members for smooth coordination

Repossession Agent Requirements & Qualifications

• Must pass a BSIS background check for a repossession license
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong driving skills with the ability to handle physical tasks and lift moderate to heavy objects
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
