About the Role:

We are seeking a Linen Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Breckenridge and take ownership of our turnover packing operations. This crucial role ensures that our housekeeping teams are equipped with everything they need for successful property turnovers. You will work out of our Main Street headquarters, utilizing our highly organized systems and technology to fulfill packing requirements accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who values organization, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering quality work that directly impacts guest satisfaction. While this is a contractor role to start, for the right individual, it could transition into a full-time role with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing Turnover Kits: Use the Breezeway app and web tools to review project requirements and pack kits with linens, toiletries, and other supplies based on each property’s needs.

• Inventory Management: Ensure all items are stocked and organized in the office, notifying the team when supplies need to be restocked.

• Quality Assurance: Double-check that all kits meet the exact requirements outlined in Breezeway to ensure housekeeping teams can perform flawless turnovers.

• Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address special requests, inventory shortages, or project updates.

• Organization: Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace to keep the packing process running smoothly.

• Adaptability: Perform additional office-related tasks or assist with other operational needs as assigned.

• Highly Organized: Ability to keep track of multiple projects, inventory levels, and deadlines with precision.

• Strong Work Ethic: A self-starter who works efficiently, even under pressure.

• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in packing kits and maintains high standards of quality.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying turnover kits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile apps.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
