As the Receptionist- Dispatcher you will be the primary person to answer incoming calls and dispatching them to the appropriate department. As the first point of contact with SERVPRO, this position has a predominant role in customer service, with an emphasis on helpfulness and problem solving skills. The Receptionist- Dispatcher plays a vital role in assisting company efficiency for dispatching of calls and providing customer care. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and stive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Assist in the office environment for lead intake and dispatching to management teams as needed.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
• Assist with other associated tasks within the office setting, clerical needs, organizational needs, administrative and/or sales generated communication need, as assigned by Managers or Executives

Position Requirements

· High school diploma/GED (preferred)

· At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience

· Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

· Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred

· Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

 

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment.

Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.

 

Benefits:

$20/ Hour- Full time

Hours: 7:30-5:00 PM
