KEY ACTIVITIES

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock items, ensuring proper storage, organization, and labeling.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Fulfill internal orders by accurately picking items from stock and preparing them for shipment or distribution.
• Enter inventory data into computer systems or databases to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill stock requests and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and stock movements as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or similar setting.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking software or systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counts and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
