Urgently Hiring - DryTech Restoration is hiring a Outside Sales Representative for a full-time position. We are a Water Damage Restoration Company.  Many times we can work with the customers homeowners insurance to sell our services.

In Home Sales: All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching and customer service coordinators, no cold calling, no drumming up leads You will receive 3-5 leads per day  You will be dispatched and will go right to the job site  "One visit close" in-home appointments.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be selling emergency water damage restoration services. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Representative with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but high leverage sales techniques to complete the "one visit close" in-home appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling or door knocking needed)
  
  
• Meet with homeowners experiencing water damage -"one visit close"- and sell our services
  
  
• Provide emergency solutions to homeowners in a time of need
  
  
• Execute top-notch customer service
  
  
• Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
  
  
• Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
  
  
• Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
  
  
• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.
  
  
• Basic Math
  
  
• Water restoration experience a plus. 
  
  
• 3+ years of sales experience
  
  
• Valid driver's license
  
  
• In home sales CLOSING experience a plus. 
  
  
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holiday
