  • We are a well-established, premiere dental practice in North Mankato, MN.
  • We are seeking a full-time associate dentist (4 days per week) due to retirement of a longtime partner. There is an opportunity for future partnership, though a desire to become a partner is not required.
  • We are open to a new graduate or an experienced dentist.
  • Our goal is to help this person become the best dentist they can.
  • Associate pay fluctuates with production and is very competitive. We do not have a guaranteed monthly minimum, as we want our doctors to think like an owner and make efficient clinical decisions. Our associates have historically earned well above other practice's advertised monthly minimums. We want all of our doctors to be busy and we will work with you to fill your schedule. This should not be an issue at all, as we have recently had a long-term partner retire. New graduate associates have been able to produce $100,000 per month in less than a year.   • We try to work as collaboratively as we can for the benefit of the patient, meaning we do not have our own subset of patients. We encourage all patients to see all providers, though they can request individuals if they choose.

We provide a full-range of dental procedures

  • Crown and bridge, operative, prophylaxis, periodontics, extractions, socket preservation, implant placement (including immediates and anteriors), implant restoration, snore guards, occlusal guards, mouthguards etc
  • State-of-the art facility with 16 operatories, evenly split between DDS and hygiene
  • 3shape Trios5 wireless scanners, Sirona CBCT/panorex with Sidexis software, Schick digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, Eaglesoft software, TV monitors in every room with Youtube TV
  • We have an experienced team of 3 doctors, 8 hygienists, 9 dental assistants, and 7 business staff. We have 3 doctors and 6-8 hygienists working each day, Monday through Friday.
  • All assistants work with all doctors and rotate throughout the week, so we have seamless workflow when we have triage patients or changes in the schedule.
  • Our dental community has two oral surgery practices, two orthodontic practices, a periodontal practice, an endodontic practice, and a pediatric practice. We work collaboratively with all of them and they provide great care for our patients.
  • Our doctors have autonomy over which procedures they want to treat and which to refer. Our doctors like to discuss cases and are happy to provide mentorship, as we want what is best for the patient and that includes helping each other learn.
