ManCave Coral Springs. We are seeking a skilled Barber/Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and customer service, with a flair for creativity and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• - Provide exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients
• - Perform barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims management
• - Upsell salon products and services to clients
• - Maintain a clean and organized work station
• - Demonstrate proficiency in retail math for product sales
• - Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction Requirements
• - Previous experience in hair styling, barbering, and makeup application
• - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
• - Knowledge of straight razor techniques
• - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
• - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
