Job SummaryWe seek a motivated and outgoing Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide clerical and administrative support to our employees and patients, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, writing correspondence, and providing administrative assistance to clinicians. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.  
Responsibilities 
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
  • Create and maintain an organized dental system
  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide patient care as needed
  • Schedule and maintain patient appointments
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes 
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Address and resolve patients' concerns with a professional attitude
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma/GED is required; an associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Dental Patient Coordinator or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers, VIOP Phone systems, etc..
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
