Lansing Engineering, PC., specializes in every aspect of Land Development and is a multi-disciplinary firm with technical expertise in all elements of engineering and land surveying related to civil site design. Lansing Engineering efficiently brings a project site from conceptual planning all the way through construction oversite. Lansing Engineering, PC., has immediate opportunities for Project Engineers (civil) with 3-5 years of experience to support our Land Development team, based out of our office in Malta, NY.

Primary responsibilities include technical design and project management for private clients. Technical responsibilities may include:

• Preparation of concept plans, Environmental Assessment Forms, Project Narrative, Project Application Forms

• Soil investigations including percolation testing and test pits

• Development of detailed site and grading plans and erosion and sediment control plans

• Storm water management design, water and wastewater design, roadway and parking design and construction detailing and specifications

• Preparation of technical reports including water and wastewater reports, and stormwater pollution prevention plans

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in a professional consulting environment. Technical writing, solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with project teams, and colleagues internally are required skills. AutoCAD design skills are required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
