Welder/Fabricator

Are you a hands-on professional looking for a stable, first-shift role with opportunities for overtime? As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll work onsite in a shop environment, focusing on the assembly, welding, and installation of conveyor systems. If you’re skilled with hand tools, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Weld, fabricate, assemble, and install conveyor systems in a shop environment.
  • Operate hand tools and handle steel materials up to 20 feet in length.
  • Work efficiently on 10-hour shifts, completing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 100 lbs.), bending, squatting, and pushing/pulling carts as needed.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in welding, fabrication, or assembly required.
  • Ability to work with hand tools and steel materials in a shop setting.
  • Strong physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and handling materials.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with opportunities for overtime during the week.
