Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a strong ability to engage with customers. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective lead generation, market analysis, and outside sales efforts. If you are enthusiastic about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and analyze market trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Present product offerings to clients, demonstrating how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with software solutions relevant to the industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.
