  2. Service Coordination:

    • Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow for technicians.
    • Communicate with technicians to understand diagnostic results and recommended services.
    • Ensure timely updates to customers about their vehicle's status and any additional needs.

  3. Sales and Upselling:

    • Present and explain additional maintenance or repair services that may benefit the customer.
