Help Wanted: Patient Care Representative

Location: Duluth, GA

Position: Full-Time Patient Care Representative

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Patient Care Representative to join our surgical dental office located in Dacula, GA . This full-time position offers a great work-life balance with no nights or weekends required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong multitasking ability in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Entering patient information and data into our computer system accurately.
  • Collecting copays and managing payment transactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
