Job DescriptionJob Description

In search of an extremely organized, responsible and motivated individual to manage all aspects of human resources and payroll. 

Duties include various aspects of the on-boarding and departure process of employees, ensuring compliance with all CA wage and labor laws while coordinating new employee training and orientations. 

Candidate must have a minimum of 7-10 years professional experience dealing with all facets of CA wage and labor laws related to both small and mid-size companies with employees ranging from 50 to 300+ employees. 

Bi-lingual in both Spanish and English is preferred but not a must.

Candidate will also be responsible for, and administer all communications between employees and company including benefit related questions and any human resource related questions as they may arise.

Candidate must be adequately skilled at processing bi-monthly payroll checks, and updating necessary forms and policies on a regular basis.

Ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in health and safety policies and will be responsible for maintaining proper training as necessary in order to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
