We are looking for a confident, happy person to be the face of the clinic as clients walk in the door. Receptionist would be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, getting patients checked in, checking clients out (taking paytments), and answering any questions they have (or finding someone who knows the answer). Another major role of this position is scheduling appointments with doctors and technicians, and deciding urgency of appointments based on client's description. Receptionist has to be able to communicate well with doctors and other staff, as well as clientele.
