Join our growing team and become a part of a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Job Summary:
As an ADAS Calibration and ECU Programming Technician, you will focus on performing precise calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, such as cameras, radar, lidar, and other related sensors. In addition to working on vehicles in our shop, you will travel to customers’ shops to deliver expert services on location. You will also handle light diagnostics and module programming tasks, ensuring vehicles operate safely and efficiently. While experience is always a plus, comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your skills and expertise in the systems and tools we use.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform ADAS calibrations using specialized factory equipment and tools to ensure systems such as lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance operate accurately.
  2. Conduct light diagnostics to identify basic electrical or system issues that may affect calibration or overall vehicle performance.
  3. Program and update control modules for various vehicle systems, including ADAS components, powertrains, and body control systems.
  4. Travel to customer shops or locations as needed to perform on-site ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and programming services.
  5. Work collaboratively with higher-level diagnostic technicians and customer shop teams to ensure seamless integration of repaired or calibrated systems.
  6. Stay updated on ADAS technologies, software updates, and best practices to maintain high-quality calibration standards.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all calibration, programming, and diagnostic activities.
  8. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal working condition.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders regarding service procedures and outcomes.
  10. Follow all safety guidelines and shop protocols to maintain a secure working environment both in-shop and on location.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of automotive technical training is preferred.
  2. Experience or training in ADAS calibration, automotive diagnostics, or module programming is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
  3. Familiarity with factory diagnostic tools and calibration equipment is desirable.
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise calibration and programming procedures.
  5. Basic understanding of automotive systems, including electrical and electronic components.
  6. Willingness to travel to customer locations and adapt to working in different shop environments.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Benefits:

  1. Competitive pay based on skill level and experience.
  2. Opportunities for professional growth through training and development programs.
  3. Supportive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Access to advanced factory tools and equipment.
  5. Paid time off and additional benefits for eligible employees.

If you are eager to work with cutting-edge automotive technology, enjoy a mix of in-shop and on-location work, and want to build your expertise in ADAS calibration, module programming, and diagnostics, we encourage you to apply. Join us in shaping the future of automotive safety and innovation
