Growing Property Management & Realty company is seeking an Executive Leasing General Manager/Admin with experience in leasing management, leasing operations, and leasing customer service to join our team. Looking for someone who is well motivated, professional, driven, organized, fast-paced, proactive, and can communicate well. Looking for someone that wants a long-term stable career, a future, with lots of room to grow in many aspects. This is a full-time position. You will have people working under you and assistants working for you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of our properties and ensuring high occupancy rates. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, sales acumen, and a strong understanding of property management practices.

Duties:

-Oversee the leasing department. Oversee the leasing process from start to finish

-Oversee various leasing agents / rental units

-Processing rental applications / Credit reports / Background checks

-Section 8 / RFTA packets

-Preparing leases / DocuSign

-Preparing lease addendums

-Communicating with landlords

-Security Deposit returns

-Marketing Rental units online

-Decision making

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, good organization skills and ability to multitask. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in file management and data entry.

-Coach and motivate your team to deliver quality customer service that enables clients to operate effectively and successfully

-Understand the business in order to make decisions and help achieve company goals. Knowledge of property management principles and practices is highly desirable.
