Remote Dispatchers

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team and assist in the smooth operation of our commercial construction company. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling the movement of resources and personnel to ensure efficient project execution. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and prioritize incoming work requests
• Schedule and assign resources based on availability and skillset
• Monitor and track progress of projects
• Communicate with field staff and clients to provide updates and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher or similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with commercial construction processes and terminology
