  • Reliable and Self-Motivated: You can manage your time effectively, work independently, and follow detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). We have the formula for success. You will be required to leverage it.
  • Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with a supportive team and contributing to a positive company culture.
  • Physically Active: Comfortable with on-site inspections, climbing ladders, and assessing roof conditions when needed. The ability to climb a roof is unnecessary, as drones will be provided.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have a grasp of utilizing basic technology. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right candidates.
  • Clean Background and Driving Records

What We Offer You

  • $40,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, sales competitions, and a year-end bonus. Total average compensation is $112,000 if standards are met.

  • 401k with company match up to 4% of your annual pay after 180 days

  • Create damage reports with an estimate, annotated photos, and supporting documentation.

  • Handle billing and collections
  • Designated Site Supervisor to manage builds, materials, and photo documentation.

What to Expect in your first 30 days

10 days:

  • Initial in-office Sales training on our products & services
  • Issuance of a company vehicle, iPhone, drone, and iPad and detailed software training (Spotio, Acculynx, Slack, Google Suites) Don't worry – it's all mobile-friendly
  • Field training & site visits with an experienced Sales Associate

20 days:

  • Begin prospecting neighborhoods, self-generating leads, meeting with homeowners, initial drone inspections, and entering new lead information into our software systems.
  • Detailed communication with Site Supervisors on the Homeowner's project. (property protection, specifics of the project, where we can park, any HOA restrictions on working hours, and so on)

30 days:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of how TC Roofing conducts business & be able to relay our process to potential customers
  • Oversee a job from the initial contact with a customer through the completion of the project
  • Execute referral strategies (we have multiple referral programs, making it seamless).

  • Ability and willingness to build your book of business, build strategic partnerships for referrals, build the value of our roofing system, set proper expectations, time management, transparent and timely communication, organization skills, integration with our culture, and making the position fun.
  • Self-motivation is critical, as we are a results-based organization and do not micro-manage. Autonomy is part of the position. We will not ask you to produce. We expect it.

Interview Process

  • After you submit your resume, expect to hear back from our hiring manager within three business days.
  • Initial phone or Zoom interview.
  • Face-to-face interview with your Sales Manager.
  • 2-hour ride along with a Senior Sales Associate to give you a feel of the position's activities.
  • Final 30-minute interview with the CEO.
  • Before hiring, we will review your driving record and execute a background check
