Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hiring and firing of all Customer Service Associates, including managing timecards and discipline as needed
  • Evaluating team performance to meet customer service metrics
  • Creating and overseeing customer service team schedule
  • Reasonably available for any and all customer service escalations
  • Ensures all customer notifications, inquiries and reviews within our partner sales channel portals are handled timely and properly
  • Act as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for all products sold across all sales channel platforms
  • Create and assign actionable tickets in customer service application
  • Constantly updating and improving customer service processes, systems, and scripts used by staff
  • Collaborates with other managers regarding need-to-know updates affecting customer service
  • Share customer feedback and information with senior management in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
  • Fills in direct customer service gaps as needed

Qualifications & Skills (Required):

  • Ability to use and navigate web-based applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for both customers and internal staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Impeccable public speaking skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce technologies
  • At least 1 year experience in customer relations

Availability to work a flexible schedule 7 days per week. Full time work
