We are seeking a Production Coordinator to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for the retention highly satisfied, long-term, quality clients by interacting with customers and team members in accordance with our company vision to fulfill or exceed client web project, software development, and service work needs and expectations on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and define work requirements based on scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare effort budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track time incurred progress in order to meet budget and schedule
  • Develop and manage a detailed production schedules and work plans
  • Provide production updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure production performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify dependencies between tasks and ensure the flow of work is designed to factor them in
  • Prepare weekly game plan; track actual progress, identify and manage unplanned new work and roadblocks
  • Provide first level sales assistance identifying new sales opportunities and working with the designated sales representative.
  • Administer company project and production delivery systems.
  • Host internal and external status meetings, record meeting notes, to do’s and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor open tasks, work order, and service order statuses and progress and escalate internally and externally.
  • Assist in producing internal and external documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in production coordination or project management.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through their full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Familiarity with web technologies including online shopping systems.
