Position: Caregiver

Location: Chester, MD, Stevensville, MD, and Grasonville MD

Hours: PRN - looking for PRN caregivers to work with various clients on Kent Island - potentially, part-time and full-time schedules will be available as a caregiver continues to work with us

Possible Responsibilities based on the assigned client:

-Bed-bound care, including providing a bed bath, skincare, and dressing the client in bed

-Detail-oriented and able to follow a routine

-Perform passive ROM exercises

-Training provided: Hoyer lift for daily transfers from the bed to the wheelchair.

-Training provided: for use of the Pure Wick Catheter system, an easy-to-use external catheter system

-Light housekeeping such as tidying up the bedroom and changing the bed sheets

-Engage in conversation and be attentive to the client's needs

-Meal Prep & Grocery Shopping

-Run errands and go on outings

Requirements:

-Must pass a national criminal background check

-Must have current CPR certification

-Must be authorized to work in the US

-CNA, HHA, or PCA is a plus but not required
