We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or market. This individual will act as the face of Palziv North America, delivering exceptional service and promoting our innovative foam products to customers in various industries.

What you will do:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for product and service enhancements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years’ experience in outside sales.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the foam, manufacturing, or materials industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications and applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory or market.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
